Jay Steven Levine is the founder and Sole Shareholder of the Jay Steven Levine Law Group. Jay Steven Levine Law Group is doing business under Jay Steven Levine, P.A., which was founded in 1978.
Mr. Levine counsels community associations on all matters including hurricane matters, such as, but not limited to, casualty and insurance issues, statutory and document interpretations, recommending courses of action, and reviewing insurance requirements and policies.
In addition, Mr. Levine is experienced in pursing insurance claims against insurance carriers. He has substantial litigation experience including in the areas of collections, foreclosures, rule and covenant enforcement and contract disputes.

As a member of the Firm's Real Estate and Community Association Practice Groups, Ms. Marzan focuses in the areas of real estate and community association law, including real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association documentation, corporate governance (including not-for-profit associations) and commercial lending.
Prior to moving to Florida, Jacqueline practiced with a national public finance firm in New York for approximately six years. While in New York, Jacqueline represented several state and local government issuers, commercial and investment banks, and underwriters in connection with the structuring and drafting of debt offering documents relating to complex financial transactions.

Jonathan S. Morris is an Associate Attorney resident in the Boca Raton Office. As a member of the Litigation Department, Mr. Morris concentrates his diverse general litigation practice on construction, land use, and all facets of real estate related matters. He also handles Bankruptcy Creditor matters.
As a commercial litigator, Mr. Morris has experience defending clients or prosecuting cases involving commercial real estate fraud, business torts, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, and construction defects, among others. Jonathan also maintains a real estate litigation practice, in which he represents condominium and homeowners associations in covenant enforcement, and construction defect litigation.
Christopher A. Sajdera is a Senior Attorney resident in the firm’s Boca Raton Office. As the director of the Litigation Department, Mr. Sajdera concentrates his diverse general litigation practice on construction, land use, and all facets of real estate related matters.
As a commercial litigator, Mr. Sajdera has experience defending clients or prosecuting cases involving contract disputes, construction defects and disputes, business torts, commercial real estate fraud, real estate disputes, covenants, and easements issues, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, and insurance disputes, among others.
A native of Palm Beach County, Brennan E. Grogan is an Associate Attorney in the Palm Beach Gardens Office. Mr. Grogan concentrates his practice in community association law, particularly collections law and association lien foreclosure.
While in law school, Brennan was a Certified Legal Intern in Florida International University’s Juvenile Justice Clinic where Brennan advocated on behalf of special needs children and their rights accessing an appropriate education.

Juan G. Mejia is an Associate Attorney in the Palm Beach Gardens Office. Mr. Mejia concentrates his practice in community association law, specifically handling bank foreclosure matters. Mr. Mejia is also involved with collections and association lien foreclosures.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mejia was an intern at the NBC/Universal Telemundo Network, where he conducted research regarding intellectual property matters, advertisement compliance, FTC and FCC regulations. Mr. Mejia also reviewed and analyzed program content to insure compliance with government regulations and network standards.
